Nordstrom Lingerie Seamless Day Bra [> Nursing Bras]
This bra is not the most flattering {…read sexy} but is extremely soft and comfortable, its easy to pull down for nursing and has thin straps that don’t look bulky even under a tank top. There is also a lined version which I have not personally used, but you may be interested in trying.

-
Nordstrom Lingerie Seamless Day Tank [> Nursing Tanks]
These are great for the two shirt breastfeeding method! They are easy to pull down and will cover your stomach while you pull your top shirt or blouse up

-
Aden & Anais Burp Cloths
These are very multi-use, they are amazing to burp baby over your shoulder, wipe baby’s face, cover your chest while breastfeeding in public etc.
-
Spectra Breast Pump [> Medela]
BEST PUMP EVER! I first had a Medela PISA (Pump in Style Advanced) which I thought was fine until I got this as my second/work pump and NEVER looked back to the Medela pump.. {Medela was painful and Spectra was not!}
Other Pros:
- Spectra is Hospital Grade
- Spectra is a closed system
- Spectra S1 can be used plugged in or with battery charge
-
Hands-free Pumping Bra [> holding your flanges]
Having your hands free while pumping doesn’t seem necessary until you realize while pumping 1. your baby needs you 2. you don’t want to essentially hold your flanges to your boobs 20 minutes at a time 3. you need to handle a second baby!
*The short version… you NEED this!
-
Bamboobies [> disposable nursing pads]
Thin, soft, reusable nursing pads!
-
Coconut Oil (Organic & Unrefined)
Coconut oil is a natural anti-fungal, moisturizes and helps soften the nipple to allow flow of milk to start up a little bit faster with less effort from baby {aka less pain}.
I prefer and recommend organic and unrefined because your baby will be exposed to any residue left on your nipple.
-
Triple Nipple Cream (All Purpose Nipple Ointment)
This is an Rx for cracked sore chaffed or bleeding nipples, that you would need to discuss with your doctor. It is basically an antibiotic, antifungal and anti-inflammatory combined.
I’ve also found this DIY recipe for it, but I would recommend still discussing with your doctor before doing this to see if it is indeed what they think you need or not.
-
Ameda Gel Pads
Best gel pads in the market! Washable and reusable for up to 6 days! put this in the fridge for even more relief!
-
Nipple shield just in case
This is something to leave as a last resort in the event you need time away from direct latch for your nipples to heal. Regarding nipple confusion, I only used on the one side that needed healing so baby would latch directly on the other side and not forget how to latch without it.
Hope this helps!
XOXO,
B
